Where are the 30-minute ad-free offers on Desktop?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering why I am not getting any 30-minute ad-free offers that appear when you start playing on Desktop. I remember getting some, but they aren't just coming up anymore. I now only get them on my iPhone. I don't want an ad about the Marines appearing while I'm listening. So. Are they still there?
