Where is the option "open the local file" since 2018? (on Bibliothe-localFile-track/click right)

Despite a more and more loud program, i use too the browser of Spotify like a Music-player for my own files (i have a giga...legal collection of mp3!!)

Since 2018, in my local file ( bibliotheque of my Spotify), the option "open local file"  seeems invisible on the menu ( before you can click right on a track on Spotify and locate the file Window)

Since 2018: impossible to find my real tracks on my Pc via Spotify!

I hope is a technical problem...

Or is it a choose from Spotify? In this case, i delete my abonnement
