My Question or Issue

Hello. If I play something from a playlist and I choose to play the next song using the next button it will sometimes play the next song from a random timestamp, e.g.: I skip a song and the next one starts at 0:35.

Dear arsenalondra,

In order to fix this issue, I want you to test the web player from Spotify and see if this problem occurs on that platform as well. If the Spotify web player works as intended, try the Spotify player from the Microsoft Programs store. In order to maintain and fix the overall issue that you are describing, try reinstalling Spotify on your desktop and see if that will resolve this problem. As a last guided step, I want you to relog on your Spotify and see if this helped out with the problem.

Kind regards,
