en la app de Spotify me aparece que soy premium pero en la pagina web me aparece que tengo plan free, lo que no me deja agregar miembros a mi plan familiar

Thanks for the post.

Most likely you're logged in two different accounts. One is on free and one is on Premium. 

You can check out this guide to find the log-in details to your original account. 

Something else you can do is log-out of the website. Open up the Desktop app> Click your profile picture> Select Account. This should open up the web page with your original Premium account open.
