Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

To start investigating this behavior, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article to see if it makes any difference.

Also, would you mind trying with a different Wi-Fi connection? If you don’t have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your laptop - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.

We'll be waiting for your response.

Im on a Windows 11 laptop did a clean reinstall and deleted every file with the name Spotify in it and still have this problem. It works on my android though...

Hey @Leon_H

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

Since the issue persists, we'd recommend clearing any entries which contain Spotify from the host files on your computer. To do so, you can follow the instructions mentioned in this post.

Also, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout for your response.
