computer version of spotify keeps saying 'service not available currently

I reinstalled, updated payment info and it works on my phone but still nothing on my computer. Nov 18, 2024

1. Check Internet connection:

• Check if your internet connection is stable. Sometimes a weak connection can affect Spotify's functioning.

2. Clear Spotify Cache:

• Open Spotify on your computer.
• Go to Settings (click the down arrow icon in the top right corner).
• Scroll to Storage and click Clear cache.
• Restart the application and see if the issue persists.
