crossfade not working & no gapless option to turn off on win 10 desktop

I've tried different crossfade settings. Closed and re-opened many times. Crossfade isn't working at all for me and I see no option anymore for Gapless Playback on Spotify for Win 10 Desktop.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I'd LOVE to enjoy some crossfade action 🙂

Same here. When controlling Spotify on Win10 from my Android phone the gapless playback option is greyed out, but switching playback to my phone activates the option again.
