desktop playlist/album scroll preview limited to 20 songs?

My Question or Issue

I recently noticed that the desktop version now has the preview feature, but whenever i use it, it always stops me 20 songs in. this doesnt happen on my phone, i can listen to 200+ previews with no problem. is the desktop supposed to be that limited?

Same here on desktop windows 11/web browser and it is not only with albums.
I like to sort my old playlists regularly and it WOULD help, since I can't remember song names.
 
The feature works for all  songs in a playlist on mobile (as far as I tested) but somehow on desktop and in the web browser it is limited to 20 previews.

I can't seem to think for a reason to why it is better that way.

Would aprechiate a change/fix,
