grayed out albums and duplicity

My Question or Issue

I had some music for sale at spotify with a digital distributor.

Removed those albums from sale.

Now  i want to reupload them again.

Most of them, though i waited a long time, still can be found on spotify.Them are grayed out and the songs cannot be played.

The question is, if a reupload them, would it be a problem of duplicity of songs?.

I want to know till when i will need to wait for these albums disappear totally from spotify.It is now three months since i removed them from sale.
