how do I setup Spotify to ALWAYS play on the current device?

Currently I use Spotify on Alexa to play sleep music over night, but when I go to my PC and play music on Spotify it blasts the music over to the Alexa device, not my PC. How do I set Spotify to ALWAYS play from the current device, instead of defaulting to the previously played device?

Even if you don't let us toggle, it should be the default that if I press play I should hear music on the device I pressed play on - not in some other room of my house/work.

I just love getting to work, connecting my headset to my laptop, pressing play on my laptop and having all my coworkers hear my music blasting out of my phone speaker. They really thought out of the box for this one.
