i cant delete a playlist definetly

Hello.I maked a playlist just to see how is maked and i tryed to delete but in my profile to recent played appear that playlist.And when i acces the link appear like be online and the same when i try to add to my artist profile that playlist.And one more question how is maked? First you make in your spotify profile personal a playlist and after you add that spotify playlist to your artist profile?Thanks and i wait a reply.
