Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

It's not possible to add songs to other people's playlists, unless it's a collaborative playlist that you have access to. 

For more details on that, make sure to check out this support article. 

If you want to share music with someone, you can always create a playlist and share it with them or share just a one song/artist/album. They can add it to their library by taping the  button.
