For some reason my liked list and library won't appear, and I've tried everything I can think of. Please help.

I hate to hear that you're unable to access your library, but hopefully I can help you get back to your music without too much trouble! I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall to see if that resolves the issue. Please note this has some extra steps compared to a standard reinstall, which should help to clear out any lingering data that might be causing a problem.
