local files are being played instead of the actual song in spotify

local file with same song name and artist is being played instead of the actual song from that album. the local version being played is a live version of "i've had it" by alex chilton, instead of "i've had it" from the album like flies on sherbert. i don't think there's any way to correct this without a feature to completely disable or disconnect local files from spotify.
