log in to premium duo on laptop

I am logged in to my account on my phone (android) and laptop (windows).
My partenr, with whom i have a premium duo account, is connected to his account on this phone (android) but does not know how to connected on the laptop (windows).
If he uses my credentials, he logs into my account, but as I invited him he does not have credentials of his own.
How does it work?

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

Keep in mind that in order to accept the invite of any Family or Duo plans it's necessary to have an account on Spotify. 

You mentioned that your partner is currently using his own account on his phone, in this case he can see what email address he registered on his account by heading to the app settings in the mobile app > Account > Email. 

If he doesn't remember of his password, he can reset it by entering the email address he registered on the account here. Then, he'll be able to log in to his account on the laptop using that email and password.
