music keeps stopping and coming back many times a day.

Hello I come here to tell my story, the story is long.

Well, I've been having this problem for about 6 months.
I listen to music every day and out of nowhere the music is stopping playing, the player shows that it is continuing but it pauses and after a few seconds it comes back and stays all the time like that,
I have to keep changing the music, going back to the music or simply hold my anger and after a few minutes it goes back to normal, but this can happen hundreds of times a day, as I have already spent some hours without happening.

I have already done everything I could have done.
it happened with the browser, it happened with the app on the desktop, it happened with the cell phone, I changed laptops. and the problem continues
Today I created a new free account (I am premium) and also happened.
I do not know what to do.
I have already logged out of all accounts, deleted the app and reinstalled it, restarted my router several times.
my internet works perfectly for 2 years in the same place and before that this did not happen.

EDIT: one thing I remembered, when it starts happening, I try to return the song to the beginning, (dragging the progress bar) and when I put at the beginning and release the mouse button, the song plays from the beginning but the progress bar shows 30 seconds, something like that advanced, and the lyrics are all out of sync.
