Hey there!

Have you tried removing your browser's cache & cookies?
It's also possible to get this error when you have multiple Spotify tabs open, or too many tabs in general 🙂

Had a similar issue due to my ISP's DNS server returning an old IP address for the open.spotifycdn.com hostname. I updated the DNS entry in my router to use an alternative DNS (Google's 8.8.8.8), and it began working.
