problem login to desktop or android application

My Question or Issue

I can't login to my account via desktop application and android application.

In desktop application i got error core 17 , i reinstalled but nothing changed, i checked firewall and proxy server, both is fine.

In android application i dont get any error, but i cant login.

I can only login in web browser

I could login with another proxy, but proxy doesn't any proble, I use Tor for proxy server, I think spotify blocked this and i want know why?

Is your mobile also behind this proxy?

I'd suggest restarting the router, could be a network glitch.
