profile picture wont update, is linked to Facebook

Somebody else who was logged into my account (they are not any more!) changed my profile picture which has up til now automatically updated, as the account is linked to FB, so it updates when i change my FB profile picture. I have now manually changed the picture on my apotify profile, however the spotify thumbnail is still showing the older picture! In any event, I want it to update with my facebook account, which it now isnt doing. Any ideas what is going on??
