My Question or Issue

 My spotify has been doing this lately i have tried everything nothing seems to work, reinstalled spotify, tried looking into all the other posts about this, and nothing works? is my account broken or do i need to request a account move?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

If you've already checked the same tracks using your account on different devices and they worked, please enter your desktop app settings and cancel "Hardware Accelaration" to see if it helps.

In some cases, out of date OS or Audio drivers can cause issues like that.

Make sure to check that your PC and system drivers are fully updated.

It sadly didn't work i have tried it multible times and i have tried taking out the file in the user settings in roaming, and that didnt work either, i have tried redownloading it, that didn't work too, it works on my other devices
