My Question or Issue

okay so when I press play on any of my songs, they will not play and will automatically skip. now I have looked into this issue for awhile and this only started happening a few days ago (coincidentally when I put in a new cpu and ram), I also don't have a local Spotify or roaming Spotify file. they cease to exist and I have no idea why. I've restarted my pc 3 times and reinstalled Spotify 3 times, I've done pretty much everything you can do for this issue that I've found, yet none works. I also turned off hardware acceleration, if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
