"What's new" on Spotify for PC

Recently Spotify added my favorite feature of all time on spotify for android and iphone(?). The "What's new" section, where you can see daily releases of your favorite artists. However, I frequently use Spotify on Windows as well and I can not find the same feature on the Windows application. WHY??

Right now I check the 'What's new" section on my phone to play the latest released songs and then select my pc as audio source. Seem like unnecessary steps to me.

To find new music that's interesting for me on desktop I currently have mainly two options:

• "Release Radar" which shows me a also content of artists I'm not following plus versions of songs I'm generally not interested in (remixes and live versions) – so it's of little use to me.
• "New Releases" -> "New Albums & Singles" which rarely lists any releases of the artists I'm interested in (and following on Spotify) – so I don't use it.

Please bring the "What's New" feed to the desktop app so I have a release reminder that is actually relevant to me.

I wonder why is it so difficult for Spotify to replicate the already existing functionality in the mobile app to the desktop version.

I have "new releases for you". Windows 10 pro. I don't have the bell icon on the top right.

Can you show a picture on where the Bell icon is for you on the desktop app?  I don't see anything.

Unfortunately "new releases" or "new episodes" (for Podcast) doesn't have all the new stuff shown and sorted by date like how it is on the mobile app.
