radio shuffles songs even if shuffle is disabled

I'm using Spotify on my PC (Win 11) in the Chrome browser. Radio just randomly shuffles songs even if shuffle is turned off. I have tried to turn it on and off again but no luck. I even added a song to a Queue if that would reset it but no.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to confirm, does this only happen when starting Radio? Or does it happen with regular playlists as well?

Do you notice any difference if you switch off Shuffle > start another playlist > then start the Radio again? Does the same thing happen after logging out and back in again?

Feel free to send us a video showing how things look from your end, shouldn't the above steps do the trick.
