removing current song from playlist. seems removed but it doesnt.

when i tried to move some songs to another list im adding to another then i removed from current list. always adding but not removing.

In order for us to better understand what exactly is going on and advise you better on how to fix it, could you post some screenshots (or a quick video) of the issue?
