My Question or Issue 

No scrobbles to last Fm since last update, other than by trial and error disconnecting and reconnecting on last Fm several times every single day until it somehow gets lucky. It's a monumental PITA.

Having to disconnect & reconnect Last.fm multiple times is definitely not ideal, so we'll see if we can troubleshoot the situation to get things working smoothly again.

I know that I have on occasion had to complete a full reinstallation of the Spotify Desktop app on my Windows 10 system to fix syncing between Last.fm or even Facebook friend feed, so that would be what I'd start our troubleshooting off with first.

Begin with a clean reinstall of the Spotify Desktop app by following the directions in the link, in addition to completely clearing your browser cache. This will allow the app & your browser cache to start fresh, eliminating any residual data that might be preventing the connection between Last.fm & your Spotify account.
