Hey there! Thanks for asking.

 

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean install of the App? If not then try that as it solves most issues. You can find more basic troubleshooting tips for Windows here.

Another thing is sometimes the content is simply not available due to rights issues in the region, you can read more about it here.
