seeing what other's are listening without following them

Hello, do you think there is a way of seeing the song that someone's currently listening without following him?

I can't think of any Spotify method on how to see user's music listening without following them first.

If they have last.fm account, then it's possible to see what they are listening to (or have listened to) very easily, no need to follow there.
