spotify automatically changes songs and dont let anything to play

My Question or Issue

when i open my spotify on windows and hit play on playlist or any song the software automatically changes songs and dont let anything to play, it just keep change songs and nothing can even make a sound, i tryed to sign out throu the web site from every divices, re-install the program but nothing help, so what to do?

I am having this very same issue. I click on a playlist, Spotify changes songs 3 or 4 times, and nothing plays.
