web login stuck

My Question or Issue

just a few days ago, my dekstop spotify just loged out it self, and when i start the spotify app, it told me to login and in the web, it told me to enter my email and password, i already type in it and when i press continue, it didn' do anything. can anyone help me with this?, i already install and uninstall the app over and over and still didn't do anything

Hey @Don231 

It may be a connection based error which means the Spotify client was unable to communicate with the Spotify servers. Normally it does mean your connection is being prevented by a firewall or other security software - but it can also be caused by other factors. You could try to connect using a different Wifi network, just to see if it's a local issue or a network one.
