  • Hello,

 

I made a payment for my Spotify subscription using my bank card, and the amount has already been deducted from my bank account. However, my Spotify account still shows the payment status as "Awaiting" and my subscription has not been activated.

 

Could you please check the payment and help resolve this issue? I can provide proof of payment if needed.

If your premium is not yet activated, you may reach out to Spotify Support for further assistance. The community won't be able to assist you with any specific billing and account-related concerns.
