PS4 & Phone - Premium

HI there, and thanks in advance for anyone who can help me.

I recently signed up to premium through my ps4 and have been enjoying the service so far, however im having difficulty connecting the premium service which i pay for, to the spotify app on my phone.... i'm using the same username on both but on my phone it doesnt have premium access. Any help would be appreciated on how to resolve this

I upgraded to a Premium subscription, why am I on Free?

Have you upgraded to Premium, but can’t make use of any Premium features? Don’t fear! Here are a few things you can try:

1. Log out and back into your account again.
2. Reinstall the Spotify app, following these steps.

Why?
Occasionally it’s necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account information system.

Still didn’t work?
If you’re still showing as Free, you might have another account with us that has been upgraded to Premium instead.
