Spotify charged twice the same value in the same month! Already reported it two vezez this problem, but Spotify does not answer me! Have I been swindled? On 02/06/2013 sent to my account a charge of 6.99 euros + 6.99 euros. Why did they do this? This is a steal! Jápedi explanations, but I did not respond. Hey, sorry to hear you've been charged twice. Have you been in touch with our payments team via the contact form yet? That'd be the best way to get this sorted.

 

If you get (or already have) a case reference number, please let me know and I'll chase it up for you.
