Just notice that the current spotify app version is not compatible with libgcrypt20.
In http://askubuntu.com/questions/613081/spotify-has-stopped-working-on-the-latest-ubuntu-today-15-04 you find a quick solution, but I think that a new spotify build would be required.

 I hope the information was helpful, and as an old Linux user I am afraid this kind of problem tends to be reoccuring. When new distro releases comes out they usually rebuild it for use with the latest stable version of a library to rid the system of older librarys (the consume diskspace and pose a certain security risk). The solution is to find a compatible package or to download, compile and install the library from source.

Ubuntu 15.04 installed liggcrypt20 and seems to consider liggcrypt11 as old.

There is only a transitional dev package.

Since this concerns security issue, i'm sorry but i won't install any old version.

You're right about that, spotify should frequently update the client to at least fit to the newest security requirements of its operating systems. I myself did the workaround, but I would be happier if the client was updated.

Not if you arrange your repo per release. Eg. <url> wily stable etc.

Then you would not be able to install the same (on wiley non functioning) version on wiley.
