Refining Release Radar

I have noticed release radar has gone a bit off the rails lately and has been including songs that are not new but have perhaps just recently been added to a compilation album or radio show (e.g., ASOT, Group Therapy Radio, etc.). Implementation of checks on a tracks original release date and exclusion of songs from radio shows would help to keep the Release Radar feed sharp.
