Add support for Android TV

Android TV is Google's latest take on Android for the TV and is released with Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The first device running Android TV is Google's own device Nexus Player.

The good thing with Android TV is that it runs regular Android apps with some modifications and it also has built in support for Google Cast.

Becouse they are idiots, Android TV is whole new sector, that have big future, and they ignoring it, so more and more people come to Google Music or others that support it.

I've read that Spotify never implemented the Chromecast protocol, but it was Google who implemented the Spotify Connect protocol (hence the required CC firmware upgrade). So it could be a Android TV/Google Play Services upgrade required by Google.

I wonder why Spotify hates Android so much ..

Hmm, that would explain why you don't get the Cast icon in Spotify.

Instead need to go via 'settings/connect'. Not as intuitive as the regular Casting.

I honestly don't see any reason why the Spotify Android App should not run on Android TV. It's technically almost the same, well, just no touch control, but the backend programming shouldn't need any modification.
And, netflix for example is there, and so should Spotify. I will NOT go premium on Spotify unless it's available on my Nexus Player.

@frank42hh, it actually runs on NP if you sideload the apk, but you are not able to navigate without connecting a mouse. It should be just a few simple adjustments to make it work with the remote. Impossible to understand why they won't fix this. It's also impossible to understand why you can cast to a chromecast, but not to NP.
