Idea: "[All Platforms] Music videos"

Artists record a video to go with their music / you could upload the music videos that already exist!
I really want to watch them on Spotify while listening.

At Apple Music I can choose between listening to the music, or watching their video.

Music videos are great and very entertaining.

I normally have my laptop connected to my TV (HDMI) and it would be great to have the spotify windows on the laptop screen and the video on the TV. 

Would it be possible to retrieve the videos from youtube (from official channels) when available?

Ever thought about including videos to Spotify? 😉

Would be really cool...

 

After past experiences with Spotify: If this doesn't work on older os versions (e. g. Android) a sound-only client still would be necessary...

+1 Awesome idea! Where is this feature. Makes me want to try Youtube's music service. This would be great for parties. New years is right around the corner

Yes there should be a music video feature. I imagine something like musiXmatch but instead of showiong the lyrics, the app will be showing the music video perhaps from youtube. that'll be awesome!

I came here to post the same idea. Looks like someone beat me to it. Anyways, with the changes Youtube is going through with music videos, I read they are about to kick off independent music artists if they don't want to agree to the new policy, which they don't. Spotify should jump on this. Having music videos on here is great idea!

I am acutally working on a website that does this exact feature and it is free!
you will be able to drag playlists or selected songs to the box on the website and it will play all the music videos for the songs
