[Desktop] Add Gesture Support for Mac App

Please add gesture support for the Mac app, right now you can't use Magic Mouse or Trackpad to swipe right to go back.

Builtin trackpad on my MacBook Pro. And yes I am using two finger swipes. I
am trying/wanting to use navigation swipes, similar to forward and back
navigation swipes in Safari or Firefox or any browser.

For example, from the home page in Spotify, click on a playlist. Then swipe
back to go back to the home page. This type of navigation swipe still
doesn't work.

I am very excited about this implementation, however it does not seem to be implented over on my end, yet.  I even went ahead and re downloaded the Spotify Mac Desktop app at spotify.com.  What software version is this update on?  

Also, there is no easy way to view what current version I have for my Mac desktop.  Only thing I see is :  1.0.99.250.g936eab8d

Just to confirm what @teladog01 is seeing, the 2-finger swiping left and right also does nothing for me in the latest version of the spotify client for Macos.

- Inbuilt macbook touchpad on a 15" 2018 macbook pro.

Gestures still do not work in the Mac app. Please provide an update. This is very frustrating...

It's great to see this topic being processed, but for me this unfortunately doesn't work.

Using:

Spotify version 1.1.10.540.gfcf0430f

OSX ver. 10.11.6

Magic Mouse ver. 1 (A1296)

As a sidenote: When using a Logitech mouse with dedicated forward/back buttons, it simply translates the function to previous and next track. It would be great to adress this as well, to provide a unified experience like on windows machines.

scrolling up and down is ok, though applemouse side-slide still not working! It is annoying to go top-left for the small arrow to go back one page, you know.

Even some side slides work - for instance home page through "recentlyplayed", but if you try to side-scroll the whole page as it works in browser - ooops.

Just wanted to report that side (horizontal) scrolling does not work in certain areas of the macOS desktop app.  It seems like a bug because it still works in most areas.

Areas where it does not seem to work include:

• Browse --> Discover section.  Example: "Top recommendations for you" list.  None of the lists with nav arrows in this section seem to work with side-scroll.
• Your Library --> Podcasts --> Featured Podcasts list

Using the nav arrows with the above areas works OK.  There may be other areas, but other than the above, side-scrolling seems to work fine wherever there are nav arrows on a list.

Running macOS 10.15.5, and using Spotify 1.1.35.458.g891674f3.

Congrats on implementing side-swipes but what we really want is the ability to use gestures to go back. I'm so sick of having to hit the back button on iMac Spotify app.
