Shazam-generated playlists Spotify app

Since Shazam and Spotify now have a seemingly great parternership, it would be great if songs that I tag in Shazam automatically were added to a Shazam-generated playlist so I didn't even need to search for the song and add it to a playlist.

This way when I got back to my computer all the music I have tagged is automatically in a playlist.

Further, if there was a Shazam app inside Spotify I presume there would be some cool things that could be done including seeing our friends auto-generated playlists and showing which songs are tagged the most with all of our friends.

For Soundhound - it would be great to be able to import SoundHound History into a Spotify Playlist.

Oh my god, please do this. If I could have a Spotify playlist set up such that when I Shazaam a song, it appears on that Spotify playlist, I'd be in heaven. I've got like 100 tagged songs in Shazaam that I never remember to listen to cause I forget about them.

I think spotify should just have an in app feature that replicates apps like shazam and sound hound. No need to import or exchange. You would simply press once to get the song details and press once more to get in you playlist. You could just have it go straight to a playlist because let's face it your not gunna click to find the details of a song if you don't like said song!!! Don't even think just do it Spotify!!! Please

It's exactly what I need.. I'd be great to find a playlist "Shazammed" directly on my Spotify, great user experience. Please Spotify do it!!!!

Please do this. So many songs in my shazam tag list that I want playlisted on Spotify but I just don't have the time to sit down and search for them all. Would pay for this app/feature as well if it couldn't be free for some reason.

Ahh yes! Indeed this is quite awesome idea! We wouldn't have to type out each and every song we Shazam by hand!

Seriously, it would be very handy! 

I hope you integrate this idea into Spotify, somehow :3

I've just paid my £4.99 to upgrade Shazam to the premium Encore version, for the sole reason of using this function.  Can't believe it's only at the idea stage.  😞

I'd like my Shazam tags to sync automatically to a Spotify playlist.  It can't be that hard, surely?

+1 Hell to the YES!!! Sign into spotify when opening Shazam for the 1st time rather than that crappy no good Facespace!
