Spotify Xbox One app

I'm aware that a large majority of Spotify users won't be gamers but with Microsoft's latest console, the Xbox One, do you think it'd be possible to get a Spotify app? Now that it's possible to multi-task and stream while you game the opportunity to gain new monthly subscribers is massive.

It's already possible as seen with Microsofts new service "Xbox Music" which features heavily in the new console. I know I'd definitely use the app if there was one. Anyone else?

Jason hasn't said anything that hundreds of other people haven't already said on this thread. We all want Spotify on our XBoxen, but we also know that the Sony exclusive deal is holding that up.

I want to be able to play music with my XBOX as well as other devices.  I would like to be able to get a Spotify subscription if I could use it on XBOX.  It is silly that I can't.  It was a dumb decision to enter into the exclusivity with Sony.  That is not a growth model as is alienates millions of customers.  Just dumb cash-grab by exec that needs to go back to business school.

I have tried XBOX music subscription, which is now Groove.  It is fine, but there is no Sonos support.  Now Sonos has poor Windows software, but I have one of their speakers and would like to use it.  So, I cancelled my XBOX music subscription.

Itunes has a new Windows app coming soon, I wonder if they will be on XBOX.  I would probably subscribe to them if they support XBOX and Sonos.  The current Itunes app for PC is a horrible mess that installs all sort of nuisance-ware on the computer.  The new one being a Windows store app should prevent that.

Amazon music, I will have to check in to.

If you pay for Spotify Premium, and you pay for Xbox Live, you will be SORELY DISAPPOINTED. Individually the services are mildly impressive and mostly convenient, but if you ever try and access your Spotify premium account through an Xbox you can expect long waits, loops asking for your password, and general disappointment. From a consumer to consumer standpoint, if you own an Xbox, STEER CLEAR OF SPOTIFY. It's worthless. You are better off with YouTube.

I think an Xbox app will be amazing at the moment I use soundcloud even though I hate soundcloud but its the best I can do for now so I'm hoping a Spotify app for Xbox One will be great

There is a rumour that family pass is coming to Groove sometime this year. If that's the case then Spotify will be irrelevant for me.

I love you app on my phone. I pay monthly and I love it. Has all the music I want to listen to when working hard during he day but I will love to listen to the app on my Xbox one while grinding hard on my games.

Please please implement this! My Xbox one is my primary means of entertainment in my home, and it drives me crazy that I can't use Spotify on it!!!
