ADD AIRPLAY 2, SPOTIFY IS LOSING USERS

I’m not too sure what the issue is, spotify being a billion dollar company and one of the leaders in the music streaming industry.

WHY IS THERE NO AIRPLAY 2 SUPPORT?! 

its 2024, airplay 2 came out years ago and yet you still haven’t implemented it into the software everyone uses on a daily basis. 

please make this a priority. it’s been years. stop beating around the bush saying “we’ll get to it in the future” get to it now. 

and to people commenting saying i’m “whining” please seek mental health help immediately

Add AirPlay 2 it’s been more than 3 years since the last official update on this case

Raising prices in 2024 and not even supporting a now basically 6 year old standard.

I guess I have to prepare my family to switch to Apple Music or give YouTube music a try.

Add AirPlay 2! I already canceled my premium subscription and switched to Apple Music because I couldn’t listen to music at home at my HomePods.

Dear Spotify,

We all know that you have been at loggerheads with Apple for a while now. But please, listen to your users and add AirPlay 2! After all, we are now being the brunt of your feud with Apple while we the paid customer can't do anything about it either.

Well, the fact that Spotify keeps bashing Apple for anti competitive behavior is just hilarious. They are being a **bleep** themselves for not listening to their customers. Come on Spotify be the better one and start listening to the wishes of your customers.

Also a long time subscriber, since 2009. But me and my family finally switched to Apple Music due to the lack of AirPlay 2 and Spotify’s lack of doing anything to fix it. Will gladly switch back to Spotify if only AirPlay 2 would work.

When i try to stream spotify to my homepod and it starts cutting out  i genuinely start tweaking 😭😭 It literally works fine on youtube music too so you know it's because they haven't added airplay 2 yet

Having played around with the HomePod it does seem dependent on WiFi quality but still there’s no airplay 2 support
