Ability to request from the DJ

Example of asking the DJ, could be integrated with siri or just a button/text field to write into the spotify app.

"DJ, give me some bass"
And then it'll play some more bass-heavy stuff if currently playing what do I know, Sam Smith?
"DJ, get the party going"
These kinds of things would be dope, even if you had to type it in on your phone. Small steps!

I wish I could type my request so everyone around me doesn't have to listen to me ask for my lame tastes in music.

Also it's an accessibility bonus, which is probably a better reason to do it.

As "DJ requests" have been out for a couple of months for the English version of the feature, but the desktop version of the app can't trigger the hold to talk to activate the feature
