Add the music video feature for all Premium users

It’s been nearly a year since the music video feature was introduced, yet many users still don’t have access, including those in the original 11 launch countries like the UK. At this point, it’s hard to consider this just “temporary testing” or a “beta” phase when it seems more like a permanent rollout for only a select group. Given that all premium users pay the same price, it’s only fair that we receive the same features. It’s time for more transparency and equal access.

So any update from Spotify? 
ya’all can not say “wait for the rollout” when everyone is in a family account and their whole family but them has it??

same with the daily, how long will it be bugged? It’s just annoying as bleep when coming from a company that does not mind to spend millions on ads saying how Apple blocks them eg spotify on HomePod and when that is resolved (if it was an issue at all) still don’t bring the feature???

Soy suscriptor premium y no me sale la opción de ver los videos musicales

No me sale la opción en mi celular ni en el xbox, pero si otra cuenta se conecta si le sale la opcion

No puedo ver los vídeos, no me permite reproducirlos. Me pueden ayudar para poder ver los videos

Issue

I'm the Duo subscription owner and I'm not seeing Spotify music videos on my device or in our Spotify TV app. Spotify versions on all devices are up to date and even reinstalled. My girlfriend on the same subscription has the videos working on her iPhone though. We live in the same house and it works correctly on her phone and in the tv too. The feature should be rolled gradually by countries right?

 

Could you clarify if the rollout is gradual inside the country, by device or literally by one country at a time? I've heard that other people with Duo subscription have the same problem as me, I'm wondering if the feature is bugged for the subscription owners? Anyways, some clarification is needed or this is a bug.

My Question or Issue

 

My account, for some reason, doesnt have the music videos option.

Its not a device problem. I tried on an iphone, android and desktop. None of them have the option. But if i logout and login into another account, it shows up normally.

I used to have two Spotify account, I gave my brother one and kept one for myself, the one I gave out has the video option where I can switch to video when listening to music, now the one I kept for myself doesn't have it , I can't watch videos on it, I can only listen to music and it's so annoying

I'm having the same issue - the reply from support, a month ago, was that the feature was being delivered progressively.
All the other users from my family account have it since November 2024...
