[All Platforms] Accurate Shuffle with AI

Do you know how people shuffle a Playlist, but still skip their songs? Usually it's due to either their mood or the time of day.

My idea is to use either AI or some sort of algorithm to use this to understand when to remove a song from someone's shuffle queue so they don't have to skip it themselves.
