Allow lossless playback to Chromecast Audio device

Chromecast Audio is an older but still popular device for streaming. It supports FLAC up to 24-bits / 96 kHz so it should be able to handle Spotify lossless streams, yet it's currently limited to lossy quality. Please allow lossless playback on CCA.

I’ve been with Spotify for years and have waited for lossless. I use 3 Chromecast Audios and was appalled when I discovered they were excluded from being able to stream lossless. Why? Do the right thing Spotify and correct this!

Same here: 10 years of Spotify, have waited for years for high resolution and now it’s here I can’t use it because it won’t support Chromecast audio 😒

+1 for this feature please Spotify! Lots of voices here from users who would really benefit from this, the CCA is a fantastic piece of kit and it's criminal for it to be overlooked for lossless 🙏

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw I can't activate Losless on my Chromecast 4K which is very well capable of this.
