Allow videos over vehicle bluetooth

For years we have not been allowed to have videos shown if our phones are connected to vehicles over bluetooth with no option to toggle it. This is a forced setting and it's time to be changed.

With more and more podcasts transitioning to a video format where you miss out on a lot of said content by being constrained to an "audio-only" version against our will, you are taking away our enjoyment of said content and making it unusable while in a vehicle.

Many of us watch podcasts or other videos during lunch breaks, road trips, etc and locking us out of this feature because of the device we are connected to is a massive overreach on Spotify's end.

Please allow us to watch videos as we please, regardless of device. You are the only app that does this, and your consumers don't want it.
