Block tiktok and YouTube type content

I know this has been raised before but I am truly disappointed in Spotify allowing tiktok and YouTube type content on Spotify without an ability to block it for tweens and teens. Like many parents my kids have access to Spotify but not YouTube, TikTok etc. Recently they have discovered they can essentially watch absolute **bleep** on the platform via the ‘podcast’ option. I know you can turn off the small music videos in Canva but I am referring to the mind numbing YouTube type content targeting kids on the podcast app? Why can Spotify not create an ability to remove ALL video based content? I know this has been raised for the last few years and I don’t understand why Spotify are happy to expose kids to content in this way via what was always an audio only app. Is it just for ad revenue? Who is asking for this content on this app! Can you please just add a button to block all video content

The presence of clips & short type content looks like clutter and spoils overall aesthetic of spotify. Very Bad decision from Spotify.

Definitely need to be able to have the option to turn videos off just like you can block explicit songs

I want to turn off videos on Spotify so the kids dont get stuck watching video of 5 minute crafts and tik-toky shorts.

Paying subscribers from the start of Spotify now looking for alternatives.

Gostaria que adicionassem uma nova opção para que possa remover vídeos curtos da aba pesquisar do Spotify, pois não sou apenas eu que gostaria de resolver esse problema, pois aparece conteúdo explicito aleatoriamente, que para mim, minha família e diversas pessoas com o mesmo problema, tenho uma criança que gosta de musica e não tem que passar por esse tipo de coisa abrindo um aplicativo de musica, que reproduz pornografia.

Give the option to keep Spotify an audio app. Spotify is my safe space so I don’t get distracted by videos and shorts. I don’t want it I don’t need it. Just give me a button „deactivate visual media“ no canvas no music videos no podcast videos no nothing.

This needs to happen! Please let us block ths  Youtube/TilTok content. It is to reduce screen time for kids. I dont want to limit Spotify because I want ny kids to listen to music, not watch brainrot...

My kid has access to these videos that I am trying to limit. This is a loophole that they, of course, will use to get around "Youtube" time. It's a total headache.
