Context Aware Playback Options

Today, sharing Spotify track links often leads to an abrupt experience: clicking a link immediately interrupts whatever I’m listening to. I’d love to see a system where shared URLs could include an optional parameter (e.g., ?intent=prompt) that triggers a modal dialog in the app. This dialog could offer choices:

• Play Now
• Add to Queue
• View Album
• Save to Library

This way, listeners aren’t ejected from their current session (playlist, DJ queue, etc.) when exploring shared content.

I think this is a marvelous idea! I too don't love that clicking links interrupts my listening experience.
