Convert like songs to a play list to start liked songs play list over

For likes songs I would love to be able to archive a current list of liked songs and start my likes songs list over. In the past I used to have playlists from different years like chapters of my life I can re visit through music but with liked songs I don’t want to just add all current 1200 songs I like to 1 archived playlist. I’d like to just be able to click a button and start a new liked songs play list over and have my previous list of liked songs as an archived play list or be able to just label it as previous liked songs, but then have a clean slate for my liked songs so I can start a new chapter in my life with liked songs but also be able to go back and listen to my songs I liked from the past.
