Enhance Artist and Song Blocking Options

Please restore access to the Hidden Items folder that (until a couple of years ago) allowed us to see who and what we have blocked from our library and easily unblock them. 

In the process, please allow us to block artist and songs across all albums and playlists, and across all devices including computers.

I realise that this has all been proposed before, and not actioned due to not being upvoted enough. However – and particularly in this era of sensitivity to both the behaviour of creative celebrities and offensiveness in content – it seems too fundamental an aspect of user choice to be subject to the vagaries of bulletin board support.
