Fixed daily update time for the "For You" content

Problem description

The content in the "For You" section (mixes, recommendations) updates with delays and at different times throughout the day.

For example, at 10:05 AM new recommendations might still not be available, and the update happens only at 12:00 PM or later.

This unpredictability is inconvenient for users, especially those who want to listen to fresh tracks in the morning.

Proposal

Implement a fixed daily update time for the "For You" content — exactly at 6:00 AM local time for each user, every day.

For example, for Day Mixes 1–6, Spotify should update the content strictly at 6:00 AM, not at varying times each day.

This will allow users to always receive fresh recommendations and mixes timely and predictably.
